Year 6

Mrs Riley teaches YR6. She’s also our KS2 Co-Ordinator.

Mrs Emmerson, Mrs Bateman, Mrs Scales and Mrs Hickingbottom all work alongside and support the children in her class . This year so far we’ve looked at Vikings in History and the topic of Light and how we see in Science.  We really enjoyed our ‘Kip on a Ship’ visit to London and have used our experience in writing and in den building (where we built dens of famous london buildings that we saw like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace). During the Spring term  we will use ipads to create more ‘Story Sack Apps’ on different topics and themes linked to the curriculum.
