Every morning we do our ‘Dough Disco’ . This helps make our hands strong and muscles grow ( which really helps our fine motor skills!) its also lots of fun!
Every Wednesday morning we invite our grown ups to Stay and Play. We show them all the different activities we have in our classroom, they can look in our books and we can share “Wow” moments from home.
Our reader in residence “Wes Magee” visits our class regularly. He reads his poems and stories to us, and we join in with the actions.
On Fridays, Geoff Allernach comes to sing with us, teach us new songs and play instruments with us.
So far this year we have been very busy! Our visitor ‘ Phil Williams’ came in to see us and talk to us all about the Rainforest and looking after our wonderful planet!
In November we had a visit from a Dentist who came in to talk to us all about how to, and how important it is to look after our teeth! We had lots of fun and now we brush our teeth every day after lunch using the ‘Brush Bus’ song as a 2 minute guide .http://learnenglishkids.britishcouncil.org/en/songs/brush-bus
